How do we deliver the change?
This phase is all about preparing people for the delivery of your new initiative. Activities in this phase will depend heavily on the nature of the change. If it only affects a process or technology, then the preparatory work will be relatively minimal (see rollout & initial implementation). However, if it involves a significant restructuring, you will need to consult with employees and the unions, and factor in legal requiremements.
